April fool’s day, one of the only days where causing a bit of mischief around the office is justified. So relax a little and maybe even play a prank or two. My own contribution is this funny and cute picture about CRM that I came across and had to share it with you all.
As you can see, the unfortunate boy with the inadequate CRM system got left behind. In contrast, the boy with the new social/cloud CRM gets all the perks of CRM, like managing all his friends in one place, plus benefits of the cloud and the girl. Companies with the cloud CRM have an incredible advantage over companies that do not.
