Well, the new year doesn’t feel so ‘new’ anymore. You’re motivation for going to the gym and drinking less caffeine is long gone. Well, I’m here to remind you that your business deserves a Mid-January-New-Year-Rejuvenation.

ZDNet, a business technology website published by CBS Interactive, highlights achievement in CRM by presenting 2014 CRM Watchlist Awards. Paul Greenberg sifted through 162 submissions to provide you the best and the brightest of the year!

2. 9 CRM Companies to Watch in 2014

Denis Prombiant writes for CRM Buyer, an online guide for CRM purchasers. In this article, he predicts which CRM companies will be newsworthy in 2014. He thinks “it will be a year with base hits and occasional sprinkling of home runs” in the CRM market this year.

SearchCRM blog features an article by Alan Earls on the future of CRM. It is the first part of a two-part story, which presents analyst predictions on CRM trends to look out for in the near future.

This post appeared on Think Jar blog, managed by Esteban Kolsky. It deems Digital Transformation “the biggest thing to hit Enterprise Technology”. Kolsky explains the basics of Digital Transformation and predicts “at least a decade, if not longer, of expansion and excitement”.
